The following World Rowing events are open for bidding in the Coastal Rowing & Beach Sprints disciplines:

Deadlines:

• Preliminary Bid Submission Deadline: Monday, 7th July 2025
• Final Bid Submission Deadline: Monday, 8th September 2025
• Attribution:  November 2025

WR Council reserve the right to adjust these dates as required in exceptional circumstances.

STEP 2: Complete the Event Hosting Expression of Interest Form.

STEP 3: Email your completed Bid Questionnaire, Bid Budget, Accommodation Templates and Bid Undertaking to World Rowing at matt.draper@worldrowing.com, before the Preliminary Bid Submission Deadline.

STEP 4: Email your Final Bid to World Rowing at matt.draper@worldowing.com, before the Final Bid Submission Deadline.
