2007 and 2008 Rowing World Cup Bids re-opened

The FISA Council has re-opened bidding for one Rowing World Cup regatta in 2007 and one in 2008. National Federations and/or Organising Committees interested in bidding for one or both of these events should contact Matt Smith at FISA as soon as possible to receive a copy of the bidding document. These documents, when completed, will be due to FISA by 31 December 2005 and decisions made in late January 2006.
In 2006 the Rowing World Cup has already been assigned to Munich, Germany (26-28 May), Poznan, Poland (16-18 June) and Lucerne, Switzerland (7-9 July).
Amsterdam and Lucerne will host one stage each of the series in 2007 and 2008 will again see Lucerne as the organisers of one of the stages.
