Friday sees the opening days of heats for the first in the series of 2002 Zurich World Cup races in Hazewinkel, Belgium. The regatta will begin with the first heat in the women’s lightweight single at 09:00 (CET). Races are spaced every five minutes and can be followed in real time on this site’s Live Race Viewer.

A provisional race plan is also available under the events section of this site. The regatta continues with repechages on Friday afternoon, semi-finals on Saturday morning followed by the first round of finals in the afternoon and continuing on Sunday.
