Junior Coaches Conference Set for October

Junior rowing goes to Paraguay next month for the 10th Junior Coaches Conference. The four day conference, from 13 ? 16 October 2005, will cover a variety of topics including a number with a South American flavour.

Argentina’s Professor Cristian Campos speaks on talent identification and long term development and FISA’s South American representative Carlos Essmann will address FISA matters. There will also be presentations on medical considerations amongst junior rowers and the challenges facing South American rowing.

The conference takes place in Paraguay’s capital city, Asuncion and time is available for a sightseeing tour and cultural visit to San Bernardino.
