General ticket sales of the 2010 World Rowing Championships are now available at Lake Karapiro, New Zealand. The regatta starts 31 October and goes until 7 November.

This is the first World Rowing Championships that will trial a new format of four days of finals. This sees the five adaptive rowing finals on 4 November. The next day will have finals in the men’s and women’s four, quadruple sculls, lightweight double sculls and lightweight men’s pair.

On Saturday 6 November the finals will be in the men’s coxed pair, the men’s and women’s pair, single sculls and lightweight quad and the lightweight men’s four. The regatta will finish on 7 November with the finals in the men’s and women’s eights, double sculls and lightweight single sculls.

The general admission tickets now on sale range in price as shown below in New Zealand dollars (entry for children under 8 is free):
