A thunderstorm before repechages began on Day 2 of the 2010 Youth Olympic Games delayed the start of racing by 30 minutes at Marina Bay Reservoir in Singapore.Rowers went to the start line today to have a second chance at qualifying for the Semifinals, scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday 17 August. Due to a thunderstorm, racing was delayed by 30 minutes but then the races were able to start in partially cloudy and mostly dry conditions.
