About the Regatta Course

Built on Strathclyde Loch, the 2000m, 8 lane international class rowing lake was first built for the Commonwealth Games in 1986. The Scottish Rowing Centre has state of the art facilities both on and off the water, and has hosted a range of national and international competitions including the Scottish National Championships, the 1996 World Rowing Junior Championships and the 2005 World Rowing Masters Regatta.
