**Race Times on Sunday, 28 July 2013 slightly advanced**
Based on the most recent official weather forecast for Sunday, 28 July 2013, race times have been slightly advanced. The heat and humidity forecast starting from 13:00 hrs on Sunday would place the competitors at the regatta in the high risk zone for heat stress (dehydration, heat exhaustion and heat stroke).

The new times will have the Finals B starting at 09:00 hrs, as planned, but will proceed on 5 minutes intervals until 09:55 hrs. Finals A will now start at 10:05 hrs instead of 10:30 hrs, and the last final will start at 12:41 hrs. The regatta will therefore finish before reaching the hottest part of the day.

Please note these changes for Sunday, 28 July 2013:

Finals B start at 09:00 hrs
The last Final B will start at 09:55 hrs
The first Final A will start at 10:05 hrs
The final Final A will start at 12:41 hrs
