It was a really good race, perfect conditions. It’s always amazing to row at an Olympic venue. We tried to get the best of NZL but not yet. We have been rowing here for two weeks. It’s -20 degrees back home so quite a change. And the atmosphere is completely different. A 50 degree change in temperature is hard to deal with but have really enjoyed our time here.
