– Head race on the Rhine through the historic centre of Basel
– 6.4km, with a turn at halfway
– Several thousand spectators along the course
– Winner Dinner and Afterrow Party (booking required for Winner Dinner)

What you need to know

– 2014 is the second round of the three-year Trophy competition (the best Club over three years wins a brand new Filippi eight)
– Up to CHF 5000 in prize money for the main category winners
– Attractive cash prizes for first three crews in six categories
– Entries are open from July 1st – October 24th (restricted places)
– in case of high water of the river Rhine, an alternative race course is available
