ABOUT THE VENUE

The Bloso Sports Centre Hazewinkel in Willebroek is situated in a beautiful natural environment. This 300 ha environment friendly area, well known as a green lung, is located in direct proximity to Brussels and Antwerp. Since the opening of the regatta course in 1978, the Bloso Sports Centre Hazewinkel hosted many international championships in rowing and canoeing. The organization can thus rely on almost 40 years of experience in organizing major rowing events.
