ABOUT THE VENUE

The venue for the 2015 WRCC is located in the Chorrillos district, a historic part of town located just south of downtown Lima. It is located on the coast overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The headquarters of the event will be the “Regatas Lima” club, which was founded by rowers back in 1875 and is now one of the biggest clubs in Peru with a strong investment in Olympic sports. The club has the ideal infrastructure to host this championship, with several beaches, boating facilities, swimming pools, restaurants and other seating areas.
