World Rowing Indoor Sprints week 5 workout – formulate the plan
Here is Week five’s workout designed by Cameron Nichol, a medical doctor, two-time world silver medallist in rowing for Great Britain and founder of RowingWOD, a company dedicated to indoor rowing.
Week 5:
2 x 750m
Rest 10mins between pieces
The first 750m is done as the first 750m of the 1k time trial. The last is done flat-out.
There’s plenty rest though it will go quickly so ensure you recover well after the first piece. Also make sure to move continuously for 10 minutes after the last piece to ensure you’re in a good place for the real thing at the end of the week.
Use your numbers to formulate a great plan for your 1k time trial next week and make sure you enjoy yourselves along the way.
Good luck.
