Possible new date for the 2021 European Rowing Junior/U19 Championships

Following the announcement of 22 March regarding the cancellation of the 2021 European Rowing Junior Championships planned for May 2021, the Munich organising committee have been reviewing the possible options for a new date and are now assessing 9-10 October 2021 as a possibility within a very intense event period for the city of Munich. The organising committee is working to confirm the availability of their staff, the venue and the accommodation offer for these dates.

Before confirming the date, new accommodation booking and cancellation deadlines and a new event confirmation date, European Rowing and the Munich OC would like to understand from the Member Federations any concerns or issues that you would have with participating, if the new dates of 9-10 October can be confirmed. Member federations will be sent a link by email and are asked to complete the survey by Thursday, 15 April 2021.  A further announcement will be made on Monday 19 April 2021.
