Registration now open for the 2026 World Rowing Virtual Series
Registration is now open for the 2026 World Rowing Virtual Series, inviting indoor rowing enthusiasts from every corner of the world to take part in a brand‑new season of global competition. Over the next three months, athletes will challenge themselves across six inventive tests designed to celebrate power, rhythm, endurance, and versatility, all completed from wherever they row best.
Participants who joined the Virtual Series last year will already know to expect the unexpected, but even they will be stepping into uncharted territory. All challenges are new this year. The 2026 versions are fresh creations, re‑imagined to test different facets of performance while keeping the experience fun, surprising, and endlessly repeatable.
The structure remains as flexible and welcoming as ever. Two new challenges will be released each month. Competitors can complete each challenge at any time within its month and repeat attempts as often as they wish to chase improvements and climb the leaderboard. With categories spanning openweight, lightweight, Under 19 to 80+, and Adaptive, the Series is designed so everyone can take part and measure progress against a truly global community.
To appear in the overall rankings for the 2026 Series, athletes must complete all six challenges. Whether you’re looking to build fitness, sharpen technique, or simply enjoy structured motivation throughout the season, the Virtual Series offers a fresh way to stay connected, competitive, and inspired.
