Balkan Rowing Association (BRA)
The Balkan Rowing Association is a European regional association for rowing in the Balkan Peninsula founded in 1973 in Athens, Greece. Its member federations are currently: Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, the Republic of North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, and Turkiye. The objective of the Balkan Rowing Association is to develop and promote all forms of rowing, to improve the relationships among the member federations and the Balkan countries, and to organise the Balkan Rowing Championships every year.
The Balkan Rowing Association (BRA) was formally recognised by World Rowing as a Member Grouping in 2020.
