ELIGIBILITY

All European Member National Federations plus Israel shall be eligible to compete in the European Rowing Junior Championships. An athlete must present a valid passport from the country for which he or she wishes to compete (as per FISA rules). A rower may compete in a Junior rowing event until 31st December of the year in which he or she reaches the age of 18.

EVENTS OFFERED

The events offered at the 2020 European Rowing Junior Championships are:

Men (JM): 1x, 2-, 2x, 4-, 4x, 4+, 8+

Women (JW): 1x, 2-, 2x, 4-, 4x, 4+, 8+

ABOUT THE VENUE

Ada Ciganlija Regatta course is situated on Sava Lake which is located in the heart of Belgrade, 5km from the city center. Ada Ciganlija is a river island, artificially turned into a peninsula. The lake is 3000m long and 250m wide. The course is situated in a southwest-northeast direction.

GETTING TO THE VENUE

The address of the Belgrade site is indicated as Ada Ciganlija “Street 10”. A GPS navigation system will not respond to that. It is recommended to enter the following street: Radnicka 1 (lowers number) 11030 Belgrade
