ELIGIBILITY

All European Member National Federations (including Israel) shall be eligible to compete in the European Rowing Coastal & Beach Sprint Championships. An athlete must present a valid passport from the country for which they wish to compete (as per the European Rowing Rules of Racing). https://worldrowing.com/about/organisation/membership/continental-rowing-confederations/european-rowing/

To compete in a European Rowing Club Coastal Championship regatta, a rower shall be a member of a club affiliated to their member federation.

EUROPEAN ROWING COASTAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Right to participate

The European Rowing Club Coastal Championships are open only to European club crews nominated by the member federation in which they are located.

The European Rowing Coastal Championships are open to European national team crews nominated by their member federation.

The European Rowing Coastal Championships are held in the following events:

Men: MCM1x

Women: MCW1x

Mixed: MCMix2x

The European Rowing Club Coastal Championships are held in the following events:

Men: CCM1x, CCM2x, CCM4x+

Women: CCW1x, CCW2x, CCW4x+

Mixed: CCMix2x

VENUE INFORMATION

La Seyne-sur-Mer is located in a central part of the French Riviera, 5km from Toulon. The town offers beautiful architecture and many tourist attractions, including the “two brothers” rocks.

The fine sand and crystal clear waters of the les Sablettes beach provides the perfect venue for the 2023 European Coastal & Beach Sprint Championships.
