EVENT DESCRIPTION
The World Rowing Under 19 Championships are held annually for rowers 18 years of age or younger. It consists of 14 boat classes which are raced over five days using the progression system of heats through to finals.

The following events are offered at the 2023 World Rowing Under 19 Championships:
U19 Men : JM1x, JM2x, JM2-, JM4-, JM4x, JM4+, JM8+
U19 Women : JW1x, JW2x, JW2-, JW4-, JW4x, JW4+, JW8+

ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION
World Rowing Championships are open to all member federations. A rower may compete in an Under 19 rowing event until 31st of December of the year in which he reaches the age of 18.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT:
Before September 30, 2022: reservation with payment of a 10% deposit for confirmation
Before December 15, 2022: 40% of the full amount due (10% deposit plus instalment of 30%)
Before March 15, 2023: 70% of the full amount due (next instalment of 30%)
Before May 15, 2023: Remaining balance due (final instalment of 30%)
Please send your request before September, 30 at accommodations@rowingparis-event.com: – hotel category – number and type of room – arrival date – departure date – special requests
MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION
Until September 30, 2022: modification authorized / full refund
Until May 14, 2023: modification authorized / maximum refund of 50% of the amount paid
From May 15, 2023: no refund in the event of total or partial cancellation of the reservation.
In the case of unforeseen events leading to a cancellation of the event (for example, pandemic or as a result of the geopolitical situation), the OC will reimburse 80% of the total amount of the accommodation booking to the teams as soon as possible.
