Following discussions with all key stakeholders, the World Rowing Executive and the Lucerne Regatta Organising Committee confirm that the 2022 World Rowing Cup III, Lucerne can take place from 8 – 10 July 2022.

In line with World Rowing guidance and and that of the local public health authorities, the OC will prepare a COVID-19 Response Plan which will be published online on https://www.lucerneregatta.com/en/. The response plan will outline all preventative measures to be undertaken.

Each Member Federation is responsible to exercise maximum care for its team members before, during and after the event. All participants must follow the measures in the OC COVID-19 Response Plan at all times. More details will be published soon.

To protect the health of all participants, anyone not adhering to the participation conditions may, at the discretion of the World Rowing Executive Committee, face sanctions including possible immediate disqualification and exclusion from the event.

World Rowing and the OC continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and the latest public health recommendations. Any further updates will be communicated to the Member Federations directly.
